Office Policy

The fee for your endodontic care will be based on the extent of treatment involved with your individual case.  During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length and the fees involved.  Because of the unique nature of our practice and the special cases we treat, it is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. 

We are pleased that many of our patients have insurance to help defray the cost of their dental care.  As a courtesy, our office staff will contact your insurance carrier and help in estimating your portion due.  Please be aware that insurance companies make payments based on their own time and fee schedule and that all fees for professional services are the direct responsibility of the patient.  Please feel free to discuss any of the above information with our front office staff.We are pleased to accept The Citi Health Card as an alternative financing option.  The Citi Health Card is a convenient, no initial payment, monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000, and features no interest or finance charges for 12 months.  Offering the Citi Health Card allows us to provide the care you've always wanted in an affordable manner.
