With over 15 years of experience in the dental field and as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UBC, Dr. Lai is passionate about her patient-centered approach. Having experienced a root canal caused by trauma as a young girl, Wendy deeply appreciates the stress and anxiety that can be evoked when faced with undergoing endodontic procedures. This understanding is heightened by the unique insights and perspectives to patient care and patient responses to dental procedures she gained through her years of diverse experience in the field, from Dental Hygienist through to Certified Endodontic Specialist.
