Financial Information
We are happy to have you as a patient and look forward to offering you the finest of endodontic care. We know that providing comprehensive service includes discussing all treatment and financial information.
We will contact your insurance and provide an estimate of your benefits coverage. Your estimated financial portion will be due at the time of treatment. We accept many forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit claims to your insurance. We work with many insurance companies, each of which has many different policy types that can change without notice, so it is impossible for us to know the details of each policy. While we work hard to understand how your policy will work for you, even the insurance companies will not guarantee the amount they will pay until a claim has been processed. Our estimates are usually very close to the final amount but we recommend that you contact your insurance company or review your policy to learn about the limitations and non-covered procedures.
Please remember that you are responsible for any charges, less any amounts we receive from your insurance carrier. We will review these charges with you and provide a written copy of your estimated treatment cost.
