Meet Dr. Patrick
Jeremiah Patrick, DMD
Dr. Jeremiah D. Patrick was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, FL. He is a graduate of the 2001 Class of Choctawhatchee High School. In 2005, he received his BSBA degree with a major in finance from the University of Florida. Dr. Patrick returned to his alma mater and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2019. After graduation, he completed his advanced specialty education in Endodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry.
Dr. Patrick is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Northwest Florida District Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, and the Florida Association of Endodontists.
In his spare time, Dr. Patrick enjoys water adventures on the Emerald Coast, hiking, traveling, football Saturdays at The Swamp (Go Gators!), and spending time with his English Labrador Retriever, Tebow.
