When you call to schedule your appointment, please advise us of your signs and\u00a0symptoms, as well as any information on your referral slip or from your referring Dentist. \u00a0If the need for Endodontic Treatment seems probable, you may be given the option to reserve time following consultation to have your treatment completed at the same visit. \u00a0Treatment is only recommended when examination and consultation\u00a0points\u00a0to a clear diagnosis and indication to treat.\u00a0 Please let us know if you need any assistance to make your experience more comfortable.<\/p>\n
More complicated cases including previous Endodontic Treatment or Retreatment, Surgery, Resorption and some\u00a0Fractures\u00a0typically require a dedicated consultation appointment\u00a0in order to allow time for\u00a0CBCT\u00a0scans,\u00a0and careful review of treatment options. \u00a0Cases involving\u00a0sedation\u00a0will also require a dedicated\u00a0consultation prior to treatment.<\/p>\n
If you are in significant pain or in need of urgent care, we will make every effort to accommodate you ASAP. \u00a0We are on-call to manage urgent circumstances\u00a0after hours\u00a0for\u00a0patients of record and for patients of our referring Doctors. If you have an\u00a0after hours\u00a0emergency, you can reach\u00a0Dr. Tran\u00a0by calling\u00a0our office and following the directions on\u00a0our\u00a0voice message.<\/p>\n
We are conscious of\u00a0staying on schedule and\u00a0try our best to minimize delays. Your time is important and we try our best to stay on schedule and see you at the time of your appointment.\u00a0 However, given the technical nature of endodontics\u00a0and the\u00a0attention to detail that we give to every case, circumstances may arise that could\u00a0prolong\u00a0treatment time.\u00a0 Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays.\u00a0We typically are able to help\u00a0emergency patients with minimal disruption to the schedule, but this is not always possible.\u00a0\u00a0We sincerely appreciate your\u00a0understanding and patience!<\/p>\n
