Meet Dr. Keith Evans
Dr. Keith Evans was born in Havana, Illinois. While in high school, he spent time working in his father's dental office and decided that dentistry was the future that he wanted for himself. Next Dr. Evans received his bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Illinois in Champaign. His dental school education was completed at Southern Illinois University in Alton, Illinois. After one year in an advanced dental education program at the University of North Carolina, Dr. Evans began his specialty training in Endodontics at St. Louis University. Upon graduation with his masters degree in 2004, Dr. Evans moved to Bloomington to start his own practice. Dr. Evans currently resides in Bloomington and enjoys traveling and spending time with his 2 children
Meet Dr. Blake Swaar
Dr. N Blake Swaar is originally from Mason City, IL. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Biology from Eastern Illinois University. His dental school education was completed at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. During dental school, Dr. Swaar realized his passion for endodontics and was fortunate to begin specialty training in endodontics at St. Louis University immediately upon graduation. In 2013, Dr. Swaar recieved his Masters and specialty certification, and moved to Bloomington to join Evans Endodontics. His friendly and professional attitude blended with the established practice perfectly and he became a partner in 2014. He currently resides in Bloomington with his wife, Meghan, and their two children.
