Meet DR. BLAKE ISHIKAWA

Dr. Ishikawa graduated from the University Laboratory School in 2001. Graduate from the University of the Pacific with a B.S. in Biological Sciences in 2005.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry with his D.D.S. degree and continued his dental training by completing a one-year AEGD Residency through Lutheran Medical Center at Kalihi Kokua Valley.  In 2012, he graduated from the University of Texas Science Center at San Antonio for Endodontics.  Dr. Ishikawa is affiliated with the ADA, AAE, and HDA. Dr. Ishikawa is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, which is a board certification process that demonstrates the highest level of education in the specialty.
