We accept all traditional insurance plans and also provide\u00a0CareCredit\u00a0<\/a><\/u>options for patients having difficulty paying for treatment.\u00a0 Even if a patient is coming to us out of network, their insurance may cover at in-network percentages. Our staff is committed to working with you and your insurance company to maximize your insurance benefits. Prior to your treatment we can\u00a0verify your insurance coverage.<\/p>\n

Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\t\tDental Insurance
\n\t<\/h3>\n

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We want to emphasize that our relationship is with you, not your dental benefit provider. There are no guarantees of health insurance benefits. \u00a0If your insurance does not cover all or part of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for payment of fees which are not reimbursed by insurance regardless of the estimate initially provided to you. However, we are committed to helping our patients maximize their benefits and we will work with you to achieve the maximum benefits for your coverage.\u00a0 If you have\u00a0dental insurance, we will complete and submit a claim form to your benefit provider as a courtesy to you.<\/p>\n

It is very important that you keep us informed of any insurance changes such as policy name, insurance company, address or change of employment. <\/strong><\/p>\n
