Dr. Lester and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. My pain was emergent, and they saw me that morning, then worked me in that afternoon. Excellent service. Upfront with cost, which I thought was a fair price. The root canal was not painful. My anxiety and fear was grossly disproportionate, however Dr. Lester and Samantha spent extra time calming my nerves and explaining the procedure. I woke up with no pain today for the first time in a long time. Just some tenderness on the tooth that was worked on. THANK YOU DR. LESTER AND STAFF, YOU ARE SUCH A BLESSING.

I would like to thank Dr. Massey and Nurse Samantha for going above and beyond the call of duty, yesterday. I came in late yesterday afternoon with a terrible toothache. After a few simple tests it was determined that I have a nerve that was dying and I would need a root canal. I said ok, but what do I do until then? He said, “how about now?” I replied, “Let’s do it. “
Dr. Massey and Samantha did a great job, very professional. Thank you for staying after hours, so I didn’t have a weekend of absolute misery.

Alexandria Endodontics is an excellent place to go if you need a root canal. Dr Lester is very professional and attentive to your needs as a patient. My last root canal (2017) was performed at Alexandria Endodontics by his partner Dr Caronna. I was very pleased as well with that procedure. No matter which provider you see , you will definitely be in good hands at Alexandria Endodontics. I forgot to mention the staff... Everyone from the front office to the back in the treatment rooms were so nice and professional as well. And the new office is so pretty, relaxing, and in a convenient location.
