Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation where we will perform a few simple tests, radiographs, and possibly CT Scan if needed to confirm recommended treatment.\u00a0 We will thoroughly explain your diagnosis and treatment\u00a0options,\u00a0if needed.\u00a0\u00a0 Treatment can generally be done on the same day as the consultation. \u00a0However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Once your appointment is made, your username and password\u00a0is\u00a0emailed to you, which allows you to\u00a0login\u00a0and complete your registration.<\/p>\n 2.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Please have all\u00a0online registration forms<\/u>\u00a0filled out in advance (ie Health History, Pain History, Office forms, etc) in\u00a0the comfort of your home. \u00a0This will save you time at the office.\u00a0 Please\u00a0contact us\u00a0at 858-250-0108 if you have any questions.<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0<\/strong> \u00a0If you do not have computer access, we will be happy to assist you\u00a0at the office.\u00a0 Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment\u00a0to complete these forms.<\/p>\n 4.\u00a0<\/strong> If you have dental insurance, please provide this\u00a0information to our staff before your first visit.\u00a0 This will save time and allow us to process any claims.\u00a0 You may also call your insurance company to find out about your dental coverage for the initial consultation and root canal treatments.<\/p>\n 5.\u00a0<\/strong> If you plan on using\u00a0Care Credit<\/strong>, please alert us and bring your card or 16 digit account #.<\/p>\n 6.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your appointment:<\/p>\n 7.\u00a0<\/strong> \u00a0Radiographs (X-Rays)<\/p>\n We will need to take\u00a0radiographs\u00a0as\u00a0part of the consultation protocol. It is important that we take radiographs of the tooth or teeth in question\u00a0for our records.
